Animal Inspired Training

Bodyweight Workshop by Dalel Bacre

Train more efficiently and move with intent and purpose.

Within this 5 hour workshop, coached by Dalel Bacre you will be provided with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in bodyweight training, resistance bands training ground-based locomotion based on some animals behaviours and biomechanics, as well as how to combine these movements into a flow of training whilst also providing you with the foundations to improve your mobility and durability.

 

By the end of the workshop, you will also learn how to combine all of these movement patterns to create your very own trainings, flows and complexes.

You will leave with a much better understanding of how unconventional training can benefit your workouts & lifestyle.

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is ideal for movement enthusiasts, dancers and martial arts (Jiu Jitsu, Karate)  fanatics looking to take their game to a whole new level of body understanding.

Full Body Movement through a combination of physical flow, active posture, resistance, and stability. This training will increase your athletic potential by enhancing the connection between your joints in relation to your whole body.

I like to mix unconventional and conventional training methods:

 

Tools, strength and conditioning, chain movement patterns, and calisthenics.

Mobility and body longevity, crawling drills (quadrupedal locomotion),

Recovery active meditation, decompression, body journal, body works treatments.
